Sharing an exciting panel on 'Cold Start and Frozen Conflict' with (late) Brig. Gurmeet Kanwal and Orian Skylar Mastro, moderated by Michael Krepon, organized by Stimson Center (Washington D.C.)

Participated among other Indian and Pakistani participants to access verification mechanisms and prospects of arms control on dismantling the obsolete short missile systems. The ten-day learning exercise happened in Bulgaria, taking inspiration from the Cold War history.
